Confetti That

Confetti That 01

It could go with any colour, really – blue, pink, purple, a watermelon shade…

I know, I know – I swore I would never use a BK confetti polish ever again. Not after the hellish time I had removing the black and white lot. But my mother happened to buy me this bottle for Christmas…and it looked really really good!

I have a weak spot for these confettis.

I like this cheap blue – it really POPS

I decided blue was the best option. Okay, maybe not best, but the most practical given my colours on offer. I don’t possess a pink or purple in quite the correct shades…so, process of elimination. I guess.

But it works, does it not?

A few layers to get the confetti down with enough coverage later…and I was feeling quite chuffed with the look. Would probably have looked better if my nails were a lot longer, or a bit shorter. They’re kind of this awkward mid-range length that doesn’t do the nail art full justice.

Challenge: what else can I do with confetti polish?

And yes, before you ask, it was hell once again to remove. You just really have to scrape the confetti off the nails. Not good.

But sometimes…sometimes it’s just worth it.
