I will admit, this nail art was a bit of a hurry – time really got away from me, leaving me with little time to get it done it. Nevertheless, I’m quite fond of the overall design (if not the execution…).
I’d like to think it has an elegantly edgy feel, with its combination of elements.
First off, there’s the light pink base colour, with its silken shine. Then there’s the netting taking pride of place along one corner. On the adjacent corner is a dark pink glitter, coated in a vibrant micro-glitter. A blob of dark pink polish fills up the spare space, with a white flower stamped design over the top.
Please forgive the airbubbles; purely a result of my time shortage. I hadn’t the time to allow for multiple coats, so I just had to throw it on. They somewhat ruin the overall effect, but such is life.
My favourite element is the glitter; it’s hard to see in these photos, where there’s no reflecting light, but the glitter was simply so vivacious and sparkly.
My kind of nail art.
